Pricing Intelligence

Reports for the NJ cannabis market.

Three planned report concepts, derived from our canonical dated snapshots — for the dispensary watching its county, the brand watching its shelf, and the analyst watching the state. Every figure traces to one rule: Value Score = THC% ÷ price-per-gram.

How these are built

Reports are derived from our canonical dated dispensary snapshots. Ranking is Value Score = THC% ÷ price-per-gram — and nothing else. Implausible-price observations are flagged and excluded from every ranked figure. Terpene totals, where a lab publishes them, are shown descriptively only and never affect any rank. The committed sample has a short history window and grows one snapshot at a time, so its trends are preliminary rather than an established line.

Money can buy presentation and attention. Money can never buy rank.
